by Neville Ellis last modified 2010-01-21 13:46

protocols_sml.jpgComputers are now so pervasive in our society that the question of how they can be used most wisely, efficiently, and ethically is a human issue that demands the attention of anyone interested in computer use. It is crucial that we act responsibly when implementing and using new technologies. As educators we must encourage ethical behaviour when students learn using ICT.
